Two Levels Overlooking the Ocean, Town & Valley.

Villa Cielito (main house) is a stunning new home with two main levels of terraces overlooking the ocean, town and valley.  The house feels like you are floating in the air – at treetop height - above the sea and village.  The first level has two full bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom), each with a private bathroom and each with a view of the ocean and village from bed.  There is a Jacuzzi dip pool on the terrace where you can watch the waves and enjoy the sunsets.  The pool can have heated water for those cool mornings and evenings.  Along the second (main) terrace level, which also runs the length of the Villa, the living room and kitchen are under a large palapa (thatched) roof; dining is under the trellis overlooking the ocean. On the same level, there is a separate den, a full bathroom, as well as a second ‘palapa’ terrace with enough room to also sleep one or two people (air-mattresses available).  The studio, on the lower level, also has a spectacular ocean view, a 1/2 bathroom and room for a double air mattress.  There is a full laundry and mechanical room.

Views of the ocean and valley are all around – 360 degrees!  In addition to the two main terraces, there are additional sun terraces behind the second ‘palapa’ room, and a higher one on the roof.  Wait until you go to the roof terrace to gaze at the stars! 

(Although the Villa can sleep additional guests in the den, and/or on the ‘palapa’ terrace, and/or on lower level with half bath, for more comfort, the Villa and Casita can be rented together.)
