Seasonal Rates

Additional high season rates and information.

Villa Cielito (two couples plus children, singles, or another couple) Weekly Rate: $950 week ($135 additional nights), Monthly Rate: $2,850 month ($95 additional nights). Other: $2,550 month for three-month or longer rental, starting with second month.  $1,500 week for Xmas weeks.  $25 each optional extra cleaning.

Casita CielitoWeekly Rate: $450 week ($65 additional nights),Monthly Rate: $1,250 month ($40 additional nights). Other:  $750 week for Xmas weeks; $1,000 month for a three-month or longer rental, starting with the second month. $15 for each optional extra cleaning.

Casita Libertad Weekly Rate: $450 week ($65 additional nights), Monthly Rate: $1,250 month ($40 additional nights). Other: $750 week for Xmas weeks; $1,000 month for a three-month or longer rental, starting with the second month.  $15 for each optional extra cleaning.

Additional low season rates and information.

 

Villa Cielito  $1,500 month for three-month rental or longer, starting with second month; for six-month low-season rental, last month is free.

 

Casita Cielito  $700 month for three months or longer, starting with second month; for six-month or longer rental, last month is free.

 

Casita Libertad  $700 month for three-month low-season rental or longer, starting with second month; for six-month or longer rental, last month is free.

Some Fine Print:  

Stays can begin and end on any day.  We do not prefer daily bookings, however we will pro-rate for days over one week.  Rates for under a week – add 10%.  Deduct 10% if renting the Villa and one or both Casitas at same time.  Arrival 2 PM, Departure Noon.   Note: Villa Cielito - High terraces and stunning views but with standard height railings, make it less desirable for young or unsupervised children.  Casita Libertad also has railings or low walls on high terraces. Casita Cielito has ocean view but with on-ground access, and therefore is recommended for an additional child.  Rates and conditions are subject to change.

 

No smoking or Pets.

 

Discount if renting two or three units or long-term. 50% deposit with confirmation; balance at least 21 days before arrival date. If there is a cancellation and we can re-book, deposits are returned less $25.)
