• Lower Casita (Casita Libertad) with queen bed, living room with L-shape sofa (good for kids), bathroom, kitchen, balcony, separate carport, and roof-top terrace under a palapa.

• Den/Extra 6th Guest Room with king sleep-sofa; adjacent to full bathroom  (ocean view when curtains are open).

Constant comfortable breezes (no mosquitoes and owners/guests normally sleep under light blankets during winter months).

 

Heated pool- lap length, fresh salt-water system, heated 86 to 88 degrees; terrace - sunny and totally private from neighbors.

 

Secure house; secure rooms with windows that allow ventilation but prevent unwanted entry; total of 6 safes including one large enough for laptops.

 

Living room under a palapa, with folding glass doors that open to two-sided terrace, full kitchen with ample counter space (with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster), main dining terrace with large oval glass table (more seating in Palapa terrace), built-in gas grill.

 

Purified water in all faucets and showers.

 

WiFi Internet, TV with Blu-Ray and DVD Player (not cable connected) and iPod speakers.

 

Laundry room with washer and dryer (some restrictions on use).

 

Quick 5 to 7-minute walk to plaza/beach but far enough away from plaza night music.   (About a 6 to 8 block walk.) Only three ‘blocks’ to Rollie’s!

 

Daily maid and pool service  (Between 10 AM to 5 PM so you have privacy for morning and evening; no service on Sunday except for emergency.)

 

Limitations: Due to high terraces with low railings in places, not recommended for young toddlers. Guests must be able to climb steps and/or steep driveway; if you want a view in Sayulita, you need to access a hill!

Rates: Villa Cielito and Casita Cielito (perfect for 2, 3, up to 5 couples/rooms)

Daily Rate: $250

Weekly Rate: $1,750 week

(20% discount for days/weeks after first week)

 

Monthly Rate: $3,000 month

($100 additional nights).

 

Other: $2,550 month for two-month or longer rental, starting with second month.

 

Holiday Rates: (December through New Year’s)

 

Daily Rate: $550 Weekly Rate: $3850 week ($440 additional nights)

 

Casita Libertad (one bedroom) (Please inquire about long-term availability)

 

No smoking or pets.

 

Rental includes daily maid and pool/exterior service (except Sundays unless there’s an emergency).
